    I felt like over achieving yesterday to make up for all the days I missed. 30 minute rope drop walk at lunch, followed by a 2 mile run when I got home :)

    @warrsm I did the same workout again this morning but managed 25 minutes instead of 32. Take the time to get used to the changes in your workout routine and build from there.
    I’m no spring chicken anymore, (44), so I’m modifying my normal workout days. I used to try and workout 3-4 times a week not counting runs. My current plan is to get used to exercising again at this intensity and then build up to that cycle.

    @10dedfish thanks for the insight. I giggle a little at your spring chicken comment ;) I am five years ahead of you. I actually had to look up how to do some of the things!!
