I’ve been looking through my phone, seeing what other boozy pictures I have from my various trips. Since it’s the morning, I figured I’d do a tribute to one of my favorite things to get in Animal Kingdom, an iced coffee with Amarula liqueur. You can get it at the Kusafiri Coffee Shop in Africa, on your way to or from the safari. Here’s a picture of the coffee options they have (took this so I would remember the name of the liqueur!)

Later when we were dining at Sanaa, I found a picture of the bottle, it’s really fun to look at with that big elephant on the front. I took this picture to the liquor store immediately after returning home, because I needed to have coffee with Amarula in my regular life

You can get the drink with either vanilla or mocha iced coffee, I always go with vanilla so it’s not too overpowering. I wish they had it with plain iced coffee, but they get the iced coffee out of a machine, so that’s not an option. This drink is a perfect way to start the day at Animal Kingdom, it’s sweet and creamy and has the caffeine to help you walk all over creation Cheers!

hee hee…your husband must be very understanding of your vacation alcohol budget. i wish i could put blinders on my hubby so he wouldn’t see the cost of anything. i’ve had that drink but without the alcohol. i personally like paper straws!

I decided to drink around the world a few trips ago – but I am such a light weight I did not make it all the way around… my hubby said too much giggling – had to abort mission… the only thing I tried that I absolutely hated was sake! Even my husband wouldn’t finish it..
