Fort Wilderness

It is where we would stay when we went to WDW so there is a nostalgia, but beyond that I like the laid back feel. You know you are at Disney, but it does not have the hectic feel I think the hotels do.

Ooh, there are trees and animals! We have seen butterflies, birds, bees, rabbits, wild turkeys, alligators, fish, deer and squirrels. And now we know there are bears around, OH MY!

Of the ones I’ve stayed at: Pop Century. I love the theming. So much nostalgia

Of the one I’ve only visited Animal Kingdom Lodge. I love watching the animals on the savannah

Polynesian and Wilderness lodge due to so many fond memories growing up. The theming and ambiance is just amazing.

Animal kingdom lodge was incredible the one chance we had to stay there. Just being able to see the animals from your room was so peaceful.

Before all the changes, CBR was our home away from home. We loved the original Barbados section. Quiet area. Loved the walk to the main bldg. it was so pretty. But now that section is the Riviera resort.

So today, when we can afford staying onsite, my favorite is Pop! So cute, great theming, love to stay in the 70s bldg 6 with a view of AoA across the lake and can’t beat that skyliner.

Animal Kingdom Lodge for pretty much what warrsm said above. Can’t beat the animals right outside the room.

Wilderness Lodge at Christmas time. It just has that feel to it.
