Ugh, no thank you to that “short”. All of the kids sitting near us were complaining about it and when it ended, all I heard. was “FINALLY!”
I’m so glad you guys enjoyed it. It’s definitely one of my favorite Pixar movies for sure.
November 28, 2017 at 12:20 am #56882I agree. As much as I love Frozen that “short” was a chore to get through. I’m glad I’m not the only one who disliked it. I don’t like Olaf
November 28, 2017 at 5:51 am #56888I’m also hearing mixed/bad things from my friends on Facebook. Sounds like a total chore to go through that short film. I’ll find out soon enough.
November 28, 2017 at 4:25 pm #56981I loved Frozen and I LOVE Disney but they need to just…….let it go.
December 3, 2017 at 11:45 am #57542So apparently Disney is getting so much backlash from the “short” they’re pulling it from theaters after December 8. For once, a Pixar movie will appear in theaters without a short
December 4, 2017 at 7:03 am #57642I loved that movie, and the short (?!) Frozen film that was before it.
I cried at the end of Coco.
Beautiful, funny, and amazing music.
December 4, 2017 at 11:53 am #57737I’m fine with Pixar having shorts before their films but they need to be just that, short. The Frozen “short” was like a tv show episode. Too long to show before a movie.
December 8, 2017 at 2:32 pm #58538December 8, 2017 at 2:34 pm #58539Wow! I am surprised actually. I really really really LOVED the Frozen short before Coco! I thought the songs were fantastic and I loved that Sven had such a large part!
December 8, 2017 at 2:46 pm #58541I guess the reason I’m not surprised is that I’ve heard it was a planned t.v. special at the start but they changed it to run before Coco.

Exactly! It’s original purpose was to be an ABC TV special, I don’t know why they decided to stick it in front of Coco
December 9, 2017 at 1:09 pm #58593Is anyone surprised?
Yes, you’re right. It was planned to be a TV special so this isn’t surprising. What’s surprising is why they felt the need to have it play before Coco
December 9, 2017 at 1:10 pm #58594I agree. As much as I love Frozen that “short” was a chore to get through. I’m glad I’m not the only one who disliked it. I don’t like Olaf
It’s as if they know there’s so much time in between Frozen and the sequel that they fear people will be over it by the time the sequel is released, so they have to keep reminding us about Frozen
December 13, 2017 at 11:45 am #58994Did you guys see that Coco was nominated for 2 Golden Globes?Best Animated Feature & Best Original Song (“Remember Me”)
December 30, 2017 at 9:39 am #60782We finally saw it Wednesday… never have I’ve been to a movie, especially a kids movie, where there was not an adult with dry eyes in the building. By the end, every adult was sniffling or wiping their eyes.
I went into the movie expecting nothing, or worse, to not like the movie at all. I thought it was done fantastically. Very happy we went to see it.
