@bexruns I am a tad jealous that you’ve seen it! Omgosh I am very excited about this one
September 28, 2017 at 2:21 pm #50305@bexruns That’s amazing! I’ll admit the very first teaser trailer I saw did not make me care for this movie. I don’t know what it was I just couldn’t figure out the story and nothing about it grabbed me. But it was a teaser trailer. I then saw a theatrical trailer while at the movie theater and now I want to see it! It looks so colorful and well animated and I’m already in love with the dog

October 10, 2017 at 4:14 pm #52293I want to fly on that plane!

bexruns374 XPWe flew Southwest and all I could think after I saw this plane was I wish we had been on it
November 15, 2017 at 7:33 pm #55572I didn’t feel drawn to watch this movie based upon the first trailer of it. But the more previews I see, the more it really draws me in! Obviously, living in southern New Mexico, the Day of the Dead is a huge deal in this area. So I’m familiar with the ideas of it and maybe that’s what turned me away initially. But the more previews they show and the more of the story they show, the more I want to go see it!

bexruns374 XPAs of this past Sunday, Disney/Pixar’s Coco was already the highest-grossing animated movie ever in Mexico.
I cannot sing enough praises about this movie. My job had nothing to do with the movie itself, we just worked with Disney on marketing a guitar.
Before seeing it, I was “meh” about it and honestly was more excited about being able to go to the studio than see the actual movie. HOWEVER, after seeing the movie I fell in love with it. And the songs will get stuck in your head.November 25, 2017 at 5:30 pm #56673I didn’t feel drawn to watch this movie based upon the first trailer of it. I’m with you! The first teaser trailer I think it was that I saw I had no interest at all in this movie. I don’t think the teaser gave enough away to make it appealing. After seeing subsequent trailers I wanted to see it. It reminded me of the Mexico pavilion and the story seemed cute. The animation had such bright colors I thought it looked like it had been done really well.
I went to see Coco last night and I really enjoyed it! There was one part of the story that I found obvious but they acted like it was some big reveal. Then another plot twist completely caught me off guard. It was super cute, fantastically animated, humorous, and the songs are fun. It may also make you cry personally, I did not enjoy it as much as Moana or Zootopia, but the story is completely different. I would for sure go see this in the theater so you can get the most out of the animated effects. Unless you have a 4K TV I think some of that would be lost if you’re watching at home. But I wouldn’t say you have to see it in 3D.

That’s really cool!
November 25, 2017 at 7:14 pm #56676Just got back from seeing Coco. I’m speechless (in a good way). I hadn’t felt that in awe after a movie since Toy Story 3. All I’ll say about the plot is be sure to bring tissues.
November 27, 2017 at 10:48 am #56786If you have seen Coco, what did you think of the Frozen “short” beforehand? I could not believe how long it went on! It felt like 30 minutes but I googled it and it was only 21 I heard several people ask each other if they were in the right movie and my husband even turned to me at one point and asked “Are you sure this is Coco? Are we in the wrong screen?” Reading news articles it seems people are unanimous in disliking it. I definitely enjoyed the Lava short before Moana so much more!
