    Monday August 16th:
6:30am wake up. Breakfast at our resort. Bus to EPCOT for 9am opening. Test Track was down. So we went to Soarin with a walk on. Living with the Land was nearly a walk on as well! We walked the Living Seas Aquarium for a bit. Then off to Mouse Gears where we met my sister. We went for a brunch in France and had a bacon, egg, cheese croissant, Napoleon (we prefer the old version) and a merang (not our favorite). We then went for a boat ride in Mexico since Test Track was still down and it was after 11am. Once we completed our cruise, Test Track was up and it was already a 90 minute wait. We opted to do single rider. My sister and I ended up in the same car. We walked World Showcase and stopped in most shops. We picked up chocolate and caramel popcorn in Germany. Fish and Chips in UK. Then off to Spaceship Earth. We said goodbye to my sister so she could get my niece from school. She left around 2:40pm. Ryan and I rode Orange Mission Space, but standby was only 5-10 minutes. The control sticks weren’t working on our previous ride this trip and weren’t working again today. We stopped in Starbucks for iced teas and sat in the shade for about 30 minutes just relaxing and enjoyed watching and listening to the Fountains of Nations. It was time for our 4:10 Soarin FP. We were done at EPCOT for the day, took some pics at the exit before heading out.

We took a bus to FQ then to DS. It was perfect timing because we walked off our first bus and right onto the DS bus! We enjoyed Pork Bao and sticky ribs at Morimota Asia Street food again. We walked lots of shops. We then grabbed Lemon Tea Cake and Thin Mint Cookie at Erin McKenna’s Gluten Free Bakery! SOOOO yummy! I can’t tolerate a lot of gluten, so this was a great respite for my tummy! The lemon cake was even better than Starbuck’s version! We then bought another iced tea at the walk up Starbucks (can you tell it was hot?!). There was a cute quilted Vera Bradley purse I had been eyeing this entire trip. So we stopped in several stores to find the exact one I wanted. I ended up buying it at the Co-Op (love that store!). We walked more shops and then grabbed some Wetzel bits to share. We bought our dog, Winnie, a squeaky bow toy to add to her ice cream bar and waffle collection. We were pooped and took the boat back to RS. We thought about going for a swim since it was around 9:30pm. But we oped to get our packing done tonight since we go home tomorrow. We had lights out at 11pm.

A nice easier day after your birthday, little more browsing and such. Good day!

Exactly! We were getting tuckered out by this point anyway. We really slow down at the end of our trips!

We do too! Go like gangbusters to start and then relax a little more.
