My next stay will be in the All Star Sports Resort. I am not going to lie. I am only staying there because it was considerably cheaper than the other values! My loyalty lies with Pop! Century, but this time the rates were almost $30 more a night! Eek!

I need your help! Get me excited! What are your favorite things to eat in the Food Court? What section do you prefer to stay in and why? Share your happy thoughts with this SO NOT A SPORTS FAN!

If I remember correctly the Surf’s Up rooms are closest to the bus stop. A little less work for your feet.

Thank you! I’m hoping for a nice, short walk to the buses! :ears:

It has been 16 years, but I recall the lobby and theming was fun. Try to plan some time posing for pics around the resort.

Thanks! My mom is joining me for most of the trip, and we will definitely ham up any available photo op! LOL

My family also loves Pop & we are not big sports fans, but we stayed here a few years ago and were pleasantly surprised how much we liked it. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, the food court and lobby didn’t feel as crazy as we expected and the overall resort is easily walkable & seemed to have a better layout than ASMu & ASMo. The theme & atmosphere is fun even for us non-sports fans. There’s something to love about every Disney resort! Enjoy your trip!! :ears:

Here’s a happy thought…. you are saving $30 a night staying there vs. the preferred resort. My wife and I do this all the time. We pick a resort but shop others. If there is a significant savings staying somewhere else, well we reserve the cheaper resort. Then we justify it by saying, ” that’s food money” and eat somewhere nice for a few nights. If you don’t like the food court, find an alternative venue. Heaven knows that there are a plethora of eateries around the World.

Enjoy your trip and don’t dwell on where you are resting your head and feet at night.
