September 26, 2018 at 12:17 pm #89940I put in a suggestion as well. I see a lot of exercise challenges. Half of health is what you eat and the consistency of your diet. I hate the word diet because it is used as a verb
Have you ever noticed the word Diet starts with Die? That is because diets usually fail or die. Changing how you eat is not a short term solution. Good habits in good eating. That does not mean deprivation, it means balance and moderation.

Here at work, we have a Wellness Coordinator. They do this as a wellness challenge here.
It isnt as bad as you think. There are those binge days but there is enough time in between to adjust to the binge time. Unless you are me who is the equal measure of a human Hoover.
September 27, 2018 at 3:55 pm #90053I like the “drop your bad eating habit” one, but how in the world is my two-cup a day coffee a bad habit?
I need that coffee like i need blood! I have a 7 year old and a 3 year old who BOTH STILL GET UP THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT—– EVERY NIGHT!
If there is a challenge to get me more sleep I’ll take that one.
Granted – get enough sleep could be a challenge too. Getting a good night’s sleep is just as good for the body as going on a 3 mile walk. (at least that’s what the “studies” say. – and any excuse for me to stay in bed is a good one in my book)
