I like the “drop your bad eating habit” one, but how in the world is my two-cup a day coffee a bad habit?
I need that coffee like i need blood! I have a 7 year old and a 3 year old who BOTH STILL GET UP THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT—– EVERY NIGHT!
If there is a challenge to get me more sleep I’ll take that one.
Granted – get enough sleep could be a challenge too. Getting a good night’s sleep is just as good for the body as going on a 3 mile walk. (at least that’s what the “studies” say. – and any excuse for me to stay in bed is a good one in my book)
