Hi, I’ve deleted 2 tracks from my favourites so now I have only 8/10. Whenever I click on a new track that I would like to add to my favourites it still shows ‘Max Reached’.
However, I can still add tracks via the ‘Browse Music Catalog’ tab. Any help on this pals?

I am having trouble deleting period. I have Christmas music on my list still lol.

@retro001, there was meta data missing from your account. I added it. Please let me know if this fixes your issue.

@arielstravels, are you having trouble deleting favorites from your favorites playlist? Just so I understand, you hover over “Jukebox” in the main nav and click on “My Playlists”. From there, you click on a heart with a minus sign on it and nothing happens? I just tried it on my account and the song disappears from the list. Thanks.

I’m having the same issue. I deleted a few songs and went to add others and the hearts were gray. Then when I went back to play the songs I had left, it said that I had no favorites and the list was gone.
