Coincidentally the day after Star Wars land opening…
I’m hoping they do this for Epcot. They probably won’t but it would be epic to relive an attraction like that.

Heather and I were just talking about that. We would absolutely love that! They have three theatres, they could even do one like that, give guests the choice!

They could do that! I like that idea. The only problem I could see with that is the influx of nostalgic people like us clogging up the line for one or two specific theaters, creating a longer line. Other than that it would be awesome!

I want that too! I much prefer the original Soarin’ rather than Soarin’ over the World. I would be perfectly happy if they’d dedicate one gate to Soarin’ and leave the other two for the World. I’d ride the original every time.

oooh i don’t remember the original soarin’ much so that’d be cool to see! although i like soarin’ over the world because whenever my parents say they wanna travel somewhere other than disney, i tell them they could just ride soarin’ instead

Oh how the turn tables I used to tell my Dad I wanted to travel the world and he’d always say he would take me to World Showcase

Yes, I much preferred Over California versus Around the World, too. There is way too much, way too obvious CGI in the new one. Original Soarin’ was a multiple must-do for me every single visit. The update… meh. I’ve seen it and I can easily bypass it now.

When they changed it to Around the World, I still think they should have set it up like they did StarTours and have a bunch of scene options that are randomly spliced together so that you get something different each time. I was actually surprised that they didn’t do it that way.

YES! I am not a fan of Around the World now. Also, Over CA-no matter where you sat it looked amazing. For some reason now, if you’re on the side it’s totally curved from the screen and WAY more obvious.

I wish it would return to WDW also. I liked the California one much better. The World one made me sick the 1 and only time a rode it. I felt dizzy and sick the whole ride.
