    Help…just wondering what happened to my account when the new system transfered. It appears that I lost the majority of my favorite songs and all of my experience levels. With the holidays, I haven’t signed in for a while, did I miss something? Do I have to renew my membership to get back to my old level? :(

    Hi there. What’s your old account’s name? You might have been “lost” in the migration. I can migrate your account over which will maintain your favorites and settings.

    I think It is debbideb52, I believe that’s the only name I had attached to the account, besides my email address. Or… My name is Debra Gould or it might have been under Debra Bross. When I joined it was so long ago, not sure if I signed up with my current name, which is Debra Gould. Is there a place on my profile that I can reference to? I can see a few of my old favorite songs, but they won’t play. Perhaps I am doing something wrong. Thank you for your help.

    Your account was migrated just fine. Since you are no longer a supporter, you cannot access all of your favorites. As of now, it’s only dependent on your experience level which is 0 so you can only get 10 songs listed. If the music isn’t playing, check to see if you’re using IE 11. If so, try Edge, Chrome or Firefox.

    Great, thank you for your help. I kept working and feel I have figured out what I was doing wrong, but didn’t know about my favorite songs and how to obtain earning some back. I will become a supporter again soon. :D
