Need suggestions for December trip

I will be in Orlando December 12-23. While I know I will go to one Christmas party, I am not sure of what else I could do in the Orlando area. I am not sure I want to do all parks all the time. For non-park ideas, I have been to Leu Gardens (great place, forgot I was in a huge city), Morse and Titanic Museums. Just looking for something else that might be out of the parks.

While I could do 10 days at the parks, I am just not sure how I would plan these days. Where would you go if you had 10 days? This may help me decide how much I would like to do out of the park? Staying off site at family timeshare.
