    I reactivate my supporter status 3 days ago however the mobile jukebox thinks my account is not a supporter.

    You must have two accounts. There is another RoboZ. Can you let me know which account you plan to use?

    As far as I know I only have the one account. I only have one user name and password that I have used since I joined D-Cot.
