Ok I know it’s only day 7, but I feel like I’m doing much better this month than the previous two!
I’m really trying to stay on track here for March! That’s great !! You got this !!
March 11, 2019 at 10:54 am #104729Ran after work Friday, walked around all day Saturday and ran yesterday and today. PHEW!
March 11, 2019 at 4:47 pm #104755@missingwdw What I looked like when I woke up and realized why I was so tired —>
I missed a period in my last post. I hope you taking the day off yesterday helps!I had the day off today because my oldest and youngest are sick. Still went out for my 5:30am run, but ugh….I don’t think my body was awake! I feel better now, which is good.
I just need to get back to work tomorrow because being home around all this food all day is NOT GOOD.
I’ll check off today because I ran, but oh boy, did I eat like a gavone!!!
Thank god I weigh in on sundays
Ha Hahaha!March 11, 2019 at 5:39 pm #104756Did anyone else have to Google gavone?
Great job @missingwdw! Stay strong sister! I hope your kids feel much better soon and don’t transmit it to you!March 11, 2019 at 7:40 pm #104765@missingWDW There’s no way I would be running at 0530 if I had the day off! Good for you for getting out there! I have the opposite problem, all the tempting food is at work! We had donuts THREE TIMES last week!! I resisted every time Stay away from the food!

Sorry. NJ/NY slang I guess. Just make sure you pronounce it like tony soprano and you’re good!

You’re fine! I find stuff like that interesting. And that’s exactly how I said it in my head when I read it!
March 11, 2019 at 8:26 pm #104777Starting the week off right after taking a day off yesterday. 3 mile run today and over 10,000 steps I think not even walking yesterday (I rope drop walk Mon-Fri in addition to running) helped with my running performance today because I paced a personal best!
March 11, 2019 at 8:36 pm #104779@nascfan this cracked me up but sums up the meaning around here
March 12, 2019 at 6:08 am #104786That’s great @missingwdw! Wonderful “translation”!
Woohoo @starbee! Way to go!
March 12, 2019 at 8:27 am #104795@missingWDW I love that example of how to use it!
March 13, 2019 at 9:59 am #104892Whew! I can’t believe I’ve managed to keep this going for 12 days in a row Don’t think I’m going to run tonight but will probably do weights instead.
March 13, 2019 at 11:33 am #104914I’m slacking this week, just not enough time in the day right now. Hopefully when Abby gets out of the hospital and we can get back to some semblance of “normal” I can get back at it.
Thankfully my boss is on travel for the rest of the week.

At least there’s that! I’m sorry Abby is not doing well right now I don’t know where all the time in the day is going either. I’ve been getting my runs and rope drop walks in, but not much of anything else
March 14, 2019 at 2:27 pm #1049983 miles last night and 3 this morning. Tonight is also weights. Im actually feeling pretty great!
