    Yep! Glad to hear it! I posted it in D-COT Discord yesterday.

    Chapek himself is having his salary reduced by 50%. Bob Iger has agreed to forgo 100% of his salary. Various decreases in pay for SVPs, EVPs, and VPs have also been enacted: VP by 20%, SVPs by 25%, EVP by 30%.

    I still haven’t had time to figure that out :( I also thought it was good news. It makes me mad when I see companies completely glass over a move like this when times get tough. It happened a lot here in my state a few years ago when oil took a down turn. All the big wigs continued to receive their huge bonuses and fly on their private jets while friends of ours got laid off. Doesn’t make sense. Glad Disney is taking steps in the right direction.
