How to stop emails from a thread?

So when I first started participating (beyond just listening to music) I jumped into the This or That thread on the forum. I think it was my first time to participate in the forum. I checked “Notify me of follow-up replies via email.” Well, that was a mistake!
I did not realize how active that thread is and I get scores of emails every single day I have to delete because I don’t have the time to keep up and read them. I still want to follow other forum threads, but not that very busy one. How can I “unfollow” that thread so I stop getting that thread’s emails? Anyone know?Up on the top right, right under the Mickey ears there should be a link that say “unsubscribe”. Once you click it, then it should revert over to the “subscribe” option, since you are no longer subscribing to that thread

I think I love you!! THANK YOU as ALL of that email has been driving me bonkers!
By the way, the “I love you” part was tongue in cheek and all humor in saying how grateful I am! I’m not a creepy internet dude but a happily married husband and father!

I subscribed to a thread once, and I was getting so many emails that I unsubscribed pretty quickly! Yes!! For MONTHS that thread has been sending me an email every few minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It got so bad I was trying to avoid ever using the words “this” or “that” again! I couldn’t figure out how to make it stop! I even went back in and found my little answer and tried to uncheck the email box but it didn’t work.
The only time I find the emails a nuisance is when I’m actually ON D-Cot
Oh don’t get me wrong. I like the emails. Just not for THAT thread as I’m not playing that game and it just floods my box with email I don’t need since I’m not playing.
Did you get them stopped?
Thanks to @KCBoston, I did, thank goodness. I should have asked MONTHS ago! I just kept thinking that the thread would eventually die. But I was WAY wrong. Cockroaches and that thread will be the things still going at the end of the world!
