Hilton Head Island – 6/24/17-7/1/17 Day 6

Thursday, Christy, Maverick and I went down to the beach for the sunrise. Maverick got some more water time in, but wasn’t as active or alert as in the evening since he’s used to waking up for breakfast and then napping until about 11am. The sunrise was beautiful, but when it was over, I had one interest: going back to bed. Which I did and slept until late morning.

I got up and ate then we went to the beach for the afternoon. I came back early and played some minecraft in the late afternoon.

Around 6:00pm, we all went out to dinner to the Old Oyster Factory. Of course you don’t go to a place like that without getting oysters, so we ordered an appetizer of Hot Combination Oysters (1/2 dozen Oyster Rockefeller and 1/2 dozen Oyster Savannah) They were delicious! I hold preference to the Rockefeller style, but still love the Savannah style too! Needless to say, we all ordered seafood for entrees in various forms. I got the Seafood Medley (1 Oyster Rockefeller, 1 Oyster Savannah, Mahi Mahi, Salmon, Shrimp and Sea Scallops) Everything was great and the Sea Scallops were HUGE! We went home satisfied by another good dinner. We relaxed the rest of the evening with books and me with more minecraft.
