Hard not to love Disney mugs… Took a lot of restraint not buying a Hank mug at the DS the other day. $6.99 on clearance

@ridisneypinguy In that situation you’ve gotta do it! I bought a Fear mug on clearance for $2.50 at the Disney Store last year!

Side note: we should start a Disney mugs thread :smirk:

It’ was a birthday gift rather than a Christmas gift but it means more to me than any Christmas gift I ever received.

I was spending my birthday in the Magic Kingdom (Before New Fantasyland opened). I was in Adventureland and just got off the Jungle Cruise (of course). I saw Ariel (in human form) and Eric doing meet and greets outside the Adventureland Veranda. Being a HUGE Ariel fan I jumped in line. When it was my turn, we discussed how I arrived in Florida on a big metal bird. After that Ariel noticed my lanyard full of Princess pins. She said she loved my collection and asked if I knew what her favorite item in her collection was. Having seen The Little Mermaid only 4 billion times I knew it was the Dinglehopper. She asked me how many Dinglehoppers I had. While I mentally counted the number of forks I had in my silverware drawer she turned around. I said I had about 20. She presented me with a plastic Dinglehopper and said “Now you have 21. Happy Birthday.” I have it in a case sitting on my dresser. It was the best birthday gift I ever got. Not because of what it is, but for the story behind how I got it.
