    Since the transition to the new site, I can’t see anything in the Jukebox playlists. So forget about even hearing it. Not sure why this is.
    If it matters, I am in IE 9. Help! :(

    Hi there! IE 9 will break and is a very old browser and I would suggest you use Chrome or Firefox. The latest browser from Microsoft, Edge, works too. I have not had a chance to look into the error produced in <= IE 11 further, but when I do it's something I plan on trying to fix. However, these are older browsers and not good to use for security reasons as they are no longer supported by Microsoft itself.

    Sorry, my bad. I haven’t thought about it in a while and just assumed it was IE 9, but I guess it’s upgraded since then. I am in IE 11. Even if noone else likes it, I still do and prefer to keep it rather than use another. So anyway, please do look into the bug, since I can’t hear anything. So sad!

    If you’re on Windows 10, use the Edge browser. It’s very similar to IE 11.

    Steve, I’m using a computer with IE 11 right now and Jukebox doesn’t populate right — no playbar, no song list. Mouse Chat comes up and the left-hand playlist dropdown does too. But no playbar or song list. Any ideas? (Aside from having our IT people install Google Chrome!) Thank you!

    It’s doesn’t work in IE11. There is an error I’ve tried fixing and it stumps me every time.
