I have tried to access the jukebox today both via Firefox and Internet Explorer and every time the webpage displayed is the one that says “Page not found”. Is the jukebox down?

That’s very odd. Try directly going to it at https://www.d-cot.com/jukebox/. Perhaps the SSL redirect is not working?

I don’t know what the problem was, but it’s gone now as suddenly as it started. I clicked the Jukebox link about 6 times and got the page not found message, but tried again just now and was able to access it. Strange. Thanks for the help anyway though!

I’m having the same problem today. I’m getting the message on my iPad and my computer using safari. I keep trying but nothing is happening. Is there anything else I can try?

I’m having the same issue this morning. I’m using Chrome. :'(
Here’s a screenshot of the error.

This is occurring under all Jukebox options. Jukebox, My Playlist, and Browse Music Catalog.

I’m able to load the jukebox (using Google Chrome), but I’m getting the “Page Not Found” error when I try to go to my Dashboard.

I was receiving the same error message. I logged all the way out and then logged back in and that seemed to fix the problem. I use google chrome.

I can only click on and play certain songs. All the songs are listed, but only a few will actually begin to play when I click on them. I am using the latest version of Chrome on my computer . @steve
