Gaston and LeFou were my absolute favorite parts of the movie. Every time they were on screen I knew magic was going to happen.
Yes! I loved the part when they were dancing on the table in the tavern. Perfection!
I was absolutely DYING at this part of the song
And his name’s G-A-S…T…
I believe there’s another T…
It just occurred to me that I’m illiterate
And I’ve never actually had to spell it out loud before…Yes!! Our entire theater burst out laughing! So much GOOD!!!!
March 20, 2017 at 11:56 am #18312Luke Evans and Josh Gad perfectly complimented each other. And you can tell Josh Gad relishes being the silly sidekick.
They were movie magic together for sure. And I’m not sure if I was the only one, but I kept hearing Olaf whenever Josh Gad spoke
March 20, 2017 at 11:56 am #18314We saw it Thursday night. My favorite scene was the furniture fighting against the villagers. Laughed out loud several times. And I agree, the new music was well done and added to the story. Someone told me that the new songs were not new in that they were indeed in the original but ended up cut. I don’t know if that is true or not.

That was such a great scene! I loved the coat rack

Same! I turned to my boyfriend and was like “All I hear is Olaf!”
March 20, 2017 at 3:30 pm #18423My wife and I saw the movie yesterday. We thought it was fabulous.
March 20, 2017 at 11:07 pm #18461Did anyone else, literally, as soon as the piano started playing in the very beginning of the film start crying….or was that just me?? I was thinking “Dear Lord help me get through this” cause I am not a cryer!!! Beauty and the Beast just hits me in all the feels though. I fell in love with Beast and all the other characters all to well. It was really good!!

I also definitely got teary eyed from the very beginning… it was just perfect! You’re not alone!
March 21, 2017 at 9:25 am #18562The animated movie is one of if my favorite movie ever! I must say the live action version did not disapoint one bit. Disney did it an absolutly fanominal job with this one. Stuck to the original story line and added some new parts and songs seemlessly. Some parts were missing but nothing that was taken out had any bearing on the story line. This will be a classic in no time. Love, love, loved it!
March 21, 2017 at 9:27 am #18564I can’t wait till its out on digital so I can just watch it on repeat.
March 21, 2017 at 10:59 am #18605The animated version is my favorite Disney, so I was apprehensive. Took my 6 year old for her birthday on Sunday and I wound up crying at the end, it was so beautiful. As has been mentioned, we laughed out loud when the castle objects were fighting the villagers – I think that was her favorite part!
March 21, 2017 at 7:01 pm #18680I do however, find it a bit annoying that Disney is now making all these classics into live action though.

I felt the same way, but each time I see one I love it so much so I really can’t be mad anymore Cinderella, Jungle Book, and now Beauty and the Beast are just amazing!

That’s exactly how I feel. And I have to say, I haven’t seen Cinderella and I had reeeeeally low expectations for The Jungle Book but I absolutely loved it. Beauty and the Beast did have it’s flaws BUT I really enjoyed it so all of those flaws were so minuscule in the end.
March 27, 2017 at 12:24 pm #19677@acamm, did you enjoy it as much the second time around? I will try to go tonight or tomorrow!
