Kali River Rapids
Primeval WhirlFebruary 15, 2017 at 4:28 pm #13718We missed this last trip
Hall of Presidents
Dumbo
Primeval Whirl
Finding Nemo the musicalI was sad we missed Dumbo !
February 15, 2017 at 7:33 pm #13740Impressions Of France (never been there, to be honest)
Be Our Guest restaurantAlthough they’re not attractions, there are certain resorts I wanted to check out, but didn’t have the time to pull it off.
February 16, 2017 at 10:33 am #13874Going back a ways (my last trip was 2015) I wish I would have spent more time at the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground. It was a favorite of mine as a child and I didn’t know it would be leaving us. You get such short notice of these things. I would have gone one more time for more than 5 minutes had I known. Similarly, I would have taken more rides on Maelstrom had I known it would be gone forever.
February 16, 2017 at 10:38 am #13876We had skipped Maelstrom on a trip, and after that trip they announced it was going to be closed. We were there the last weekend it was open, and the waits were outrageous! I wish we had just gone on it the trip before, because we couldn’t justify waiting an hour plus for Maelstrom!
I want to hit Ellen’s Energy Adventure, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever done that one. With all the rumors of it closing, we keep on trying to hit it, but it’s down every time we are there!
One thing I really hate missing is the different performers, we get so wrapped up in the day and by the time we are ready to slow down a bit, a lot of them aren’t around. I really want to slow down and watch a lot of the performers sometime, and not just go from ride to ride.
February 16, 2017 at 10:42 am #13877I used to really like ToT but I just can’t stomache all the drops anymore. so for me I avoid ToT, Mission to mars, Space Mountain now also unfortunatly, the tea cups. I’m starting to turn into my parents and enjoying the shows and classics, and slow rides more now! Also Chef Mickeys. I try to avoid that place like the plaque! And to be quite honest if it wasnt for Toystory I think I’d completely skip over MGM. I really miss the whole Toon section with the Roger Rabbit stuff.
February 16, 2017 at 10:43 am #13878Our last trip got cut abruptly short by Hurricane Matthew. We never got to Disney Springs on that trip at all because of that and we missed out on fun with long-distance friends who were going to meet us and a couple of fun dining reservations. We have to wait til August for a “redemption” trip. Hopefully no hurricanes will cut that one short. That would just be miserable!
February 16, 2017 at 10:48 am #13879@kcboston you mentioning performers made me think I also wish I had seen the Fife and Drum Corp one more time before they were axed. I enjoyed them! Again, no prior notice of that
February 16, 2017 at 11:04 am #13886@starbee – We really enjoyed the Fife and Drum Corp as well. Sad to see them go.
Also wished I had taken more time to enjoy Off Kilter before they left.

Totally agree on this.
It was a tradition of mine to request amazing grace and they always came through.
They even seemed to remember who I was.
Amazing.
February 16, 2017 at 11:27 am #13892I miss Future Corps, too! Which makes me wonder… why did Future World have a drum and bugle corps, anyway?
February 16, 2017 at 11:53 am #13904I didn’t see the Electric Water Pageant. One of my absolute favorites!

So, does that mean you don’t know where my name comes from? :p
February 16, 2017 at 1:10 pm #13955I’ve never seen Storytime with Belle! With two teenage boys, it’s not exactly something they’re going to choose over one of the mountains or the Speedway…
