Hi guys. I don’t seem to be able to figure out how to listen to music. I see where the jukebox is, click it and can browse the options but I don’t seem to be able to click a song to listen to it. Does anyone else use this site on a Surface? I wonder if its related to my device? Though I am just using the regular desktop website. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I don’t know anything about a Surface, but I would offer two pieces to check: you accept cookies of the site and clear your browser. Maybe that will help.

I don’t know what a Surface is, and I’m the biggest technological idiot on the planet but @steve is the site owner and may be able to provide insight if Sarah’s ideas don’t work.

That’s odd, especially since you can’t spin the wheel. What browser does the Surface use? Edge?

Surface is Windows so I’m currently using windows 8 I think, sad times!

What browser though? Edge? Internet Explorer? I normally use Firefox but use IE for some sites that I have to log into and most of the time I can’t get the Jukebox to work in either one. I’ve started loading the Jukebox in Chrome so you might give that a shot. I don’t use Chrome for anything else.

Yet it’s internet explorer. That might explain it then. I can’t get chrome on this device! That’ll be an end to the listening to park music dream then! Ha ha!

Ooooh! That does explain it I think! I don’t think the jukebox works on IE! Oh Emma, I’m so sorry. :(

I used to listen in Firefox all the time but the last couple months it’s hit or miss if it will work or not. If I log out and clear the history and cache, I can usually get it to work for a little while. Doesn’t last long, though, before it quits working. Haven’t had any issues in Chrome. Have you tried downloading Chrome and the Surface thing won’t let you or what?

Yeh you can’t get chrome on Windows 8, I’m realising my surface is getting a bit out-dated now. Won’t be affording an upgrade anytime soon though, ha ha! Oh well!

You can’t spin the daily wheel on an iPhone right?

Yes, you can spin on an Iphone. That’s what I use nearly every time I spin the wheel. Works just fine.

Maybe I’m being stupid but let me show you the screenshot of my phone, I can’t scroll down on the page I’m showing because it almost scrolls the page behind and not the drop down, I can see the daily spin when I zoom out on the page but obviously can’t click on it because you’re holding the phone on a zoom out?!

Yes, you can’t reach that part of the drop down. :( I should fix that. But you can get to the booster wheel from the home page. Scroll down the page until you reach the end of the activity list. Do not like “load more”. Keep scrolling and you will see a link to the wheel.
