The king of Disney history Jim Korkis passed away at age 72. Jim was the keeper of all sorts of amazing Disney stories and knowledge he collected over the years about the parks, movies, and even Walt himself. Jim even worked for Disney at a friend of Merlin and at the Disney Institute. He wrote several books all of which I highly recommend.

Oh no! Such a loss. He was such a treasure and wealth of knowledge and information on all things Disney. I am currently reading The Vault fo Walt volume 2 authored by him. So sad, prayers or his family.

Oh no how sad. He sure was so full of Disney knowledge and happy to share with us all. I had read he was not feeling well a few months ago. Rest in peace.

There was a time I saw and met Jim Korkis during Epcot’s 30th Anniversary I was excited to see him inside the World Showplace panel, I recommend reading his book The Vault of Walt & his other books through Amazon.com I will miss him. R.I.P Jim :(
