Great virtual meet up today! We discussed Skyliners, the Adventurers’ Club and where a good spot would be for a relaunch, and other tidbits related to life in general.Thanks to @starbee, @msmurphy, @Eagle90, @10dedfish, @Ccoop73, and @nancyg for joining in today. I thought I also saw @cdolan1990 pop in for just a moment, but I don’t know if the connection held.
The meet up is always open to everyone. We’d love to see you next Friday at 11:00am Central.
Haha! I don’t think you were on a soapbox. You shared some really good thoughts, and that was a great marathon story about the adventurers being outside of Animal Kingdom. So awesome that they were part of the marathon experience for runners to enjoy.
Here is information from Zoom on how to join the meeting. It does look as though you will need to download and install the Zoom app. You could join the meet up via teleconference without using a webcam. You simply use the teleconferencing number that is provided in the invite.

Do we need to download a zoom app or something? Ive read some really bad things about Zoom. Also, I do not have a webcam. Will it work without it?
Not sure on this. I’ve dialed in with a phone number and pin before when not using a webcam, but you may have to download the app as ABeach said to be able to join. You don’t need a webcam, you can use your phone, but you won’t be able to see those of us using a webcam. Not sure what you’ve heard about Zoom but it’s been working very well for us all so far

Hi @ABeach sorry, i got a bit held up with a work emergancy! By the time i joined you all seemed pretty deep in conversation so I thought it best to leave you too haha!
