    This is my first time on d-cot… I created a favorites playlist BUT I can not play it. I am getting a blank screen on Jukebox… Help? :(

    Click the word Jukebox from the Home page. Not My Playlists or Browse Music Catalog. Give that some time to load. Plenty of time. We’re talking it may take up to a minute. You do *not* have to play your favorites, you can play anything from any park or resort or anything. Click where you want to go, again giving that time to load, and you should be able to play from there.

    Edit to add: I should mention it doesn’t work on Internet Explorer. I use Chrome, some people use Firefox I think.

    Can I ask what type of device you’re attempting to access the Jukebox (tablet / laptop/ PC / phone? And also what web browser you’re using?

    Also, when the Jukebox is loading, don’t click away from the page to allow it to load

    You’re probably using Internet Explorer 11. Please use Edge, Chrome or Firefox. IE11 is not a modern, secure browser. If you’re not using IE11, @starbee said it where you should not tab off the screen and wait for it to load up. :mbar:
