If hot guy’s in there I wouldn’t leave the Gondola! I’d hope it breaks down
September 24, 2019 at 11:51 am #116082How does it handle, especially in intense heat? Here’s one review:
We rode the Disney Skyliner in the hot Florida sun; here’s what you need to know
September 24, 2019 at 4:04 pm #116086Interesting!! I was shocked when they announced that the gondolas wouldn’t be air conditioned, so it’s nice to read that review and hear that they aren’t little ovens that will bake you all the way to DHS or Epcot!
September 24, 2019 at 4:46 pm #116089Good to know. I wonder what the wait times will be like compared to waiting for buses?

September 25, 2019 at 1:53 pm #116106Oh…they are little ovens….But the hope is that you will not be stuck in there too long if the thing comes to a complete stop.
They depend on movement for air flow..so if it does stop for significant periods of time, in the middle of July…year..there might be some baking going on.September 25, 2019 at 2:40 pm #116107They depend on movement for air flow..so if it does stop for significant periods of time, in the middle of July…year..there might be some baking going on.

September 25, 2019 at 3:09 pm #116108@Chelle and I are trying them out in a couple hours. I’ll write up a report.

Bring Lysol!
September 26, 2019 at 9:58 am #116126the things to consider!! I am sure we will try them in January, but not if we are ever there when its hot. I know they keep saying its good air flow but even smelly air is icky. I wonder how many can sit on each side because if it means packing people in to stand the air will have a hard time moving around that. I hate when the monorail is super packed it makes me a little claustrophobic. maybe fresh air on here will help that
September 26, 2019 at 1:43 pm #116145We were able to preview them last night. Read the review. http://bit.ly/disney-skyliner-review
September 30, 2019 at 10:45 am #116206Hopefully get to try them out next year!!
