Legendary voice actor June Foray died yesterday, at the age of 99. Her 100th birthday would have been in September.

She’s done countless animated features, including short films, television shows, and movies. She’s even done the occasional video game.

The reason I’m mentioning her is because she’s done a few Disney voices.

I was just telling my wife about her last week! My wife and June share the same birthday but 70 years apart.

In case anyone is wondering, here is a list of some of the Disney work she did:

Cinderella (1950) – Lucifer (voice)
Trick or Treat (1952 Short) – Hazel the Witch
Peter Pan (1953) – Mermaid & Squaw (voices)
DuckTales the Movie (1990) – Mrs. Featherby (voice)
Mulan (1998) – Grandmother Fa (voice)

She is also famous for voicing Granny in pretty much anything Looney Tunes since the 50s.

And she was Granny Gummi in Gummi Bears!!!

God rest her soul. :'( I had no idea of her ties to Disney!

In Duck Tales, she was also the voice of Ma Beagle (of the Beagle Boys) and Magica De Spell. (The latter character she voiced again in 2014, for the video game remake of Duck Tales. She sounded the same as she did back in the 1980s)
