Oh my gosh, what an amazing girl Alyssa was! And what an incredible legacy she left! The world is definitely a better place for having her in it for much too short a time. Thank you so much for sharing her story with us!
You were definitely blessed with an amazing daughter with a giving heart. I teared up reading this post, just as I did when you shared her story with us earlier this year. I continue to pray for you and your family constantly, and especially during holidays and her birthday. Look at the amazing impact Alyssa has had on your community but even more importantly, that village in Africa that now has safe drinking water!
Thank you Ferg for sharing your angel’s story! Such strength, selflessness, beauty, wisdom, and courage packed into such a small package! Koudos to you and your wife for raising such a great person! It’s sad to me that people that hit,throw,shoot, or kick a ball get idolized when there is so many more inspirational stories like this of real hero’s in the world! Ferg I am I honored to call myself your friend and can only hope my children grow up to be as wise and selfless as your always present Alyssa!
