    Lapu Lapu
    1 fl oz Myer’s rum
    1/2 fl oz Bacardi 151
    3 fl oz sour mix
    3 fl oz orange juice
    ice
    cherry for garnish
    fresh pineapple
    Procedure
1 Served in hollowed fresh pineapple. The pineapple stem is the lid with a small wedge removed so a straw can be inserted. Cut the leaves off the stem and reattach to the “lid” using a shortened toothpick. Make a slice off the bottom of the pineapple so it will sit upright properly and not tip over. Yes, this means the bottom will be moist and sticky.
