WDW January 2017 Day 5

Sunday January 29th:
6am alarm. Breakfast at our resort. Bus pulled up quickly for EPCOT and we were dropped off at 8:45am for a 9am opening. It was lightly raining so Test Track was down. Over to Soarin with just a 10 minute wait. Then walked on to Living With the Land. Over to Mouse Gears for a bit. Then used our Character Meet and Greet FP at 10:10am. We then went to Nemo with a walk on and toured the aquarium for a bit. Over to Starbucks and took our drinks to the Odyssey Building and caught a gin and tonic presentation. We then used our Frozen FP. Then off to our Mission Space FP. It was lunch time, so we went to Starbucks and got teas for our drink to carry around the World. We booked the Land with a FP to match with my sisters FP time when she arrived for the day. We caught an artist performing on the stage by the Fountains of the Nations. He had music pumping and he was painting with his hands. It took a bit to figure out which character he was working on since he had the canvas on a different angle, but it turned out to be an awesome Donald Duck! We took some pics along the way around the World. Lunch today was snacking at food booths! We stopped in America for Pork that was so good. At the Art of Braising Booth we got amazing short ribs. Then a quick stop in Germany for some caramel corn. Mexico booth for Hurache which was yummy! We then rode the Mexico boat ride with my family. Then SSE with a 5 minute wait. It was then time of our Land FP but we didn’t even need them because it was a walk on. We released our FP and Ryan and I switched to Test Track for 8:10pm. We walked the countries and started in Canada this time. We grabbed an Oreo donut at Joffrey’s and it was delicious! We needed a little break so we sat around 5 for the 5:30pm performance of Disney on Broadway. So cool to hear them sing! We stopped in Germany again for some various caramelly goodness treats. Then off to China for dinner of beef noodles and pot stickers, so good! My sister and her family used their Frozen FP. Ryan and I stopped at the Pop’t Art booth while we waited for them and tried the Almond cake. It was really good and so pretty!!! We waited there for them since it was on the way to the exit. We said goodbye to my sister an her family for the day. Ryan and I were getting cold and tired (it was another very chilly day). So we walked through Mouse Gears again. Got some pics at SSE and decided to call it a night. We got to our bus stop right when the bus closed it’s doors and it didn’t wait, ugh! But luckily the next bus was just 8 minutes later. It was just before 8pm. We were back to our room by 8:20pm. Lights out by 10pm.
