i like na’vi river journey better than FoP tbh

@themeparkrider don’t get me wrong, i like FoP, but i think river journey is just so beautiful and detailed, and it’s such a peaceful ride! like FoP is cool and really fun, but i think the detail and work that went into river journey is just amazing. i guess it boils down to since i can only get a fast pass for one or the other, i’d rather go on river journey
also, to be fair, i’ve only been on each ride once, and i was pretty nervous for FoP so i don’t remember much of it, cause i must’ve blacked out from adrenaline

Each to their own! That’s what’s amusing about this thread, seeing other people’s thoughts and feelings. I totally get where you’re coming from Julia! FoP is more of a thrill ride and River Journey is incredibly detailed as you said with great music that you can really soak in. They appeal to different tastes. I personally like that no one’s ever thrown up while I’ve been on River Journey, they had to stop our flight on FoP and get us all out because someone chucked

That’s fair, I can understand that. I think I enjoyed river journey more than most people I’d talked about it with. I really appreciate when old-school types of rides are built from scratch. But FoP definitely exceeded my expectations.

I feel like this is an unpopular opinion… I am so sick of hearing “A Whole New World”. There are some Disney songs I never get tired of listening to but that one is so overplayed I can’t stand it! Even more so than Let It Go
I’m with ya…I can really only bear it during Philharmagic, otherwise I’m just annoyed. Let it Go actually doesn’t bother me so much anymore…

I’m sure this is a very unpopular opinion but here goes. I’m not a fan of Marvel or Star Wars around the parks. should be a whole separate franchise.
As much as I love both Star Wars and Marvel, I do wish it wasn’t taking over the parks. While I wasn’t a huge fan of Bugs Land, it was definitely more “disney” than this Marvel area that’s coming.
And Star Wars Land, I really wish wasn’t taking over Disneyland
