Modern BBQ with tomato and watermelon salad? Yes Please!
I really do love BBQ, and I’m super excited for another new restaurant option at WDW. Disney Springs has been hitting it out of the park lately with all of the new restaurants that they are adding. Of the new additions that I have actually tried, I most liked Morimoto Asia, The Boathouse, Sprinkles, and Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar. Next on my list to try is Homecomin’, D-Luxe Burger, and now The Polite Pig.
@kcboston No I havn’t been to Frontera yet either. That is on my next, NEXT list
Here in VA we have a ton of BBQ places too, but in NC you have probably double what even we have. As a Rhode Island transplant, I’ve really come to like Southern BBQ for sure. @Acamm you have tried SO many!! I was wondering about a few of those, so I am glad to hear they are worth trying!!

@kcboston ohhhhhh….. thanks for the heads up on his update!! I missed this one. Easywdw is the reason I tried Nomad Lounge last year. After reading this review, I am even more excited to try Polite Pig now!!! I hope that once he goes back for the actual opening, I hope that he writes an update.
@acamm I like his food reviews a lot, I feel like he’s pretty honest and doesn’t wear Dis-colored glasses when he does his reviews. When is your next trip? When can I expect to see a full report on the menu?
:p @kcboston You are SO CORRECT… Josh tells it how it is with no sugarcoating. I love when he gets riled up about something, like the removal of the Jalapeno stuffed pretzels at WDW
We won’t be at WDW until September unfortunately. I am itching to give this a try though! If you go before I do, maybe you can send me a cooler of BBQ via Fed Ex
