So I am no good at getting steps in on Sunday. After I run run run and walk walk walk through the week, my legs just want to rest on Sunday. But I’m sure I’ll get in a lot more than 10,000 steps on a particular Sunday in early January

I’m worried about my waist measurement. If that comes back good I’ll be golden, if I lose points there then I’ll be testing again in 6 months at least my Disney trip will take my mine off of it
