Ryan’s 40th Birthday Extravaganza November 13th-20th, 2019: Day 4

Saturday November 16th:
6am alarm. Breakfast of bagel sandwiches. Out to bus stop at 7:25am. 3 AK buses in a row and we all got on by 7:40am. 8am EMH. We went straight to FoP and met B&P on the way in. But we were a bit behind the curve and had a 2 hour wait. But the time passed quickly because we were chatting away. While Paige and I waited in line, the boys went and got us Starbucks! Paige got a bit motion sick on FoP but still had fun. We all then rode our Everest FP’s. This one really got Paige feeling ill. So duly noted that her motion sickness needs to be considered for all other rides. Britt really enjoyed it though! We then walked the tiger trail. Then the gorilla trail. We all used our Dinosaur FP’s. Then SB for caffeine! Lunch in Pandora of Cheeseburger pods and chicken/rice bowl. So good! We then stopped for peppermint soft serve and I got a Mickey bar. We got Tree of Life pics and saw a proposal in the group getting pics before us. We all took the bus to Pop and were dropped off just after 4pm. It was in the mid 50’s, cloudy and breezy. Ryan got us all adjusted and we grabbed warmer coats. Bus stop to DS at 4:50pm. Walked around the shops. We had dinner at Pizza Ponte, always delicious and a great price too! Ghirardelli for Ryan, B&P. After they enjoyed their ice cream, we went to Erin McKenna’s for me to grab some snacks to take with us. More shops. 10pm we were at the bus stops to our resorts. We were on in less than 5 min. Filled our mug with Sprite. I ate my chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting topped with a cinnamon drizzle. It was sooooo good! Lights out at 11:30pm.
