Got another run in this morning, 5k in just about 10:10. We actually got stopped by a Sheriff’s deputy, as someone had reported a car in the ditch where we were running. We didnt see anything so he went on about his business. 8) It was a nice clear star field sky but man was it chilly! About 34 but no wind thankfully.

Got in 4 miles before the winds got worse. Due to the winds yesterday with horrendous air quality, my lungs weren’t happy this morning. The winds kept picking up as we ran. I got to the point where I had to walk with my hands above my head on every walk break for the last mile just to try to open my lungs. I was happy and shocked I still managed to maintain a good and consistent pace! I’m so thankful to Ryan for sticking by my side the entire run today. I’m including a pic of the air quality from yesterday for perspective!

You did absolutely awesome @eeyorepoohfan! I am so stinking proud of you! That was tough with the winds of yesterday kicking everything up and then picking up today. You had such a fantastic pace! I am so happy and thankful to Ryan too! Great job, both of you! Total superstar!

Christy and I got in a solid 5K’s worth yesterday afternoon…and after a tiring Friday and Saturday too! We held a good pace, but I had to stop to take some pictures of 2 eagles in a tree we passed. So when you check out our stats, scroll through the 2 pictures, because one of them is of the eagles!
