    @eeyorepoohfan I probably deserve every bit of dis treatment after not letting you live Priceline down! LOL
    I’m glad you’re feeling a bit better after your stretching workout. Hopefully the lungs will clear out soon. Great job! More than one calorie! Woohoo! ;)

    @starbee awesome job to both of you this morning! Good pace for having interruptions that will happen in the neighborhoods. It’s nice to have it a little cooler for you in the morning, I’m glad!

    Sunday evening I did a paced workout. 30 minutes. 2.35 miles. 12’47” pace. It was SO humid! No wind, and thanks to Florida shipping it’s rain up here, very muddy. The muscles got quite a workout…which I guess is a good end result :)

    @starbee Thank you! I was glad to get the run in! It was pretty toasty though. I have upped my Vitamin D as well. I think life is just exhausting all the time! ;) That’s the only logical answer I can come up with! How fun that your hubby ran with you! It’s amazing when people can do that! Although he may be sore later! It’s different muscles! You still pulled a fantastic pace! Who knows, he may change his mind and join you again! ;)

    @nascfan You deserve every bit of it after not letting me live it down! Thank you! I used my indoor run setting so it turns off my GPS on my watch. So I actually showed more distance and calories! LOL But not by much! But I didn’t expect to see much on this particular workout because we are literally just stretching the entire time!

    @RocketEAR99
    Thank you! It felt good to get out for a 5k run! It’s been nice getting back to our cross training and Asylum workouts! A good full body workout every day! I love my tiny calorie burns!! LOL My Garmin watch settings only give me the option for “Run, Bike, Other, or Indoor Run”. I usually set it to “Other” and since I don’t have much distance moving in a small area on the floor, I usually show just one calorie burned! I set it to Indoor Run today because it turns the GPS off and I ended up with 12! LOL Technology!! LOL Great job on your run!!!

    Another 5 miler in this morning. Quite foggy and no moon so it was a little dark out at 4 AMish. I also jumped up a few deer in the last half mile. Mild temps at 72, humidity back up to 97%. 5 miles, 10:34 pace. Followed up with a cool down walk of .35 miles in 6:04. Ball park total calories burned: 950
    And all that before my first cup of :coffee: ! :surprised:

    @eeyorepoohfan Yes! That’s what I think! “How do people do this life thing? Especially with kids! I only have 2 dogs and I’m exhausted” LOL You were right, when I got home yesterday hubby said he was sore and definitely wouldn’t run with me again today :P

    @10dedfish Fantastic job! 1) I don’t know how you see where you’re going 2) I don’t know how you survive that humidity 3) I don’t know how you run 5 miles without coffee and 4) I don’t know how you do all of the above in 97% humidity – blech! :surprised:

    @rocketear99
    Great job on your paced workout in that icky humidity! :up:

    Got in Asylum Speed & Agility. I have no clue why but my legs were insanely knotted up and tight for the entire workout. I kept trying to stretch and rub them out but they didn’t want to relax. I did my best to do what I could and walked up and down the hallway to try to calm my legs.

    @eeyorepoohfan I’m sorry your legs weren’t cooperating today! You did great in spite of them. I’m so proud of you! Awesome job working through it!
