LOL! I hear ya. I did the Wine and dine half 2 years ago and by the end of the day had almost 50K steps. My keagle’s and hip flexors! ugh but worth it. Good luck you can do it.

I have never done a runDisney race but I’m pretty sure when I’ve looked at it in previous years, it said registration was non-transferable. Things could have changed but I would definitely check before you buy on the secondary market. You don’t want to waste your money!

I know that’s why I was shocked so many people are posting about having extra bibs for saie. I don’t want to waste money for sure !

That’s a great and reasonable goal! I know you can do that! Without fear of spending the money then getting there and finding out you were scammed. That would ruin the magic real quick.

Race bibs are non-transferable. HOWEVER, authorized Travel Agents do get bibs at presale. Those are transferable and absolutely legal! They often pre-purchase many many bibs and can then sell them to clients. And those ones are often allowed to be cancelled or transferred to another person through the travel agent. This is the ONLY way it is legal and allowed. So as long as they are a reputable travel agent there isn’t any concern. You will know it’s valid because when they tell you how you get your bib, you will get it yourself at the Expo with runDisney and be required to show your ID to get it. If someone ever tells you they will meet you somewhere to give you your bib, that’s illegal and it’s often fake/copied bibs. Some Travel Agents require you to book at least a couple of nights at a resort unless you live within a certain radius. However, at this point if they have any bibs left for Star Wars, they may be waiving that requirement. @breesmommy5 Never ever ever buy a bib from a private seller.

@JLoosh78 Oh awesome that it coincides with your spring break next year!! This is the only race weekend that bounces around during the month! It can fluctuate by up to two weeks. They pretty much keep moving it to avoid Easter. We will see you then!!

@starbee You’re welcome! You can often find bibs for sale through various charities as well. But again, it’s always important to do research on who you get bibs through if you don’t get them directly through Disney!

My kids are running on Saturday! We are staying somewhere too, but I can’t remember which one because we are staying over the weekend before as well.
I don’t run. I’m not a runner – I was never a runner. I probably couldn’t even run the kids’ races HAHA. But, my kids – I’m making them run lol. I DID Sign up for a 5k though the weekend after the kids’ races. But, I’m told I can walk that one and balloon ladies won’t catch me
