OK I love listening to the jukebox here, obviously, but every day I was at the parks yesterday no matter where I was, I actually listened to the music and was thinking wow how many thousands of times did I listen away from the parks and I am REALLY here right now listening to the music. It’s more philosophical than anything, but this site keeps magic going so well LOL :note: :note:

That’s awesome! I’m happy you love being able to listen to the music away from home.

I totally get it! And it’s crazy how memories come flooding back when you listen to D-Cot at home :dcot: I even listen to D-Cot in my resort room while getting ready

Agreed. I definitely find myself listening more intently.

Fave right now, I love just chillin to the mix on Hollywood Blvd, Sunset & at Echo Lake.

You are right @starbee, I was listening to the 1970’s Tomorrowland BGM and suddenly I could just see a young me and my friend sprinting thru Tomorrowland after rope drop for, you guessed it, Space Mt. Funny thing is, I don’t remember actively “listening” to the BGM at that time, especially as a 14 year old. Just goes to show while one might not just immediately “hear” the BGM, but it is there, now stuck in the back of our minds!

I also listen to Disney iPod playlists, D-Cot and streaming Disney radio stations while there. Just moods me up even more. Heck I’m currently trying to get together my 2022 Boo2U, our trip code name, play list! :ghost: Especially for riding abound in the golf cart at Fort Wilderness looking at the decorations. I spend wayyyyy tooooooo much time and thought on these things. :D And I won’t go into our decorations.

Okay, I do like the Resort TV loop too. We all have our guilty pleasures.

    Those are some good ones!

I know exactly what you mean! Music is a big deal because it can be so subconscious but so hard-hitting and memorable at the same time. I remember as a child, maybe like 12 or 13, getting a snippet of the Future World loop stuck in my head and didn’t know what it was. I hummed it to my mom and she told me it was music from Epcot. When I found it here on D-Cot so much came back to me!

We all have our guilty pleasures.

Maybe I need to start this as a new thread? ;)
