October Meet Up

Right now I am planning on being there October 12th – 16th.
1) Yes I have
2) I booked at Kidani since I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to make it, and I don’t have to spend anything to book with my points
3) not applicable, see 1 and 2 plz
I have no solid plans as of right now. I know I want to go to HDDR one night, and the Halloween party another night.

And FYI for Aimee and everyone, Friday 10/22 is a party night. So if you are arriving on Friday, unless it’s a very early arrival, you may want to avoid MK unless you are attending that party. There wouldn’t be much time at the park otherwise. Just an observation and a little friendly tip.
Thanks for the heads up Scott! We’ve never been to a Halloween party at WDW, but after going to MVMCP last year…. we could totally consider it!!
I believe we will be able to attend! If we do, we will likely got October 10th-16th or something along those lines. We typically take a fall trip, so this fits nicely for us. We were waiting for Ryan’s conference schedule and it looks like we will be in the clear since that appears to be mid-November! Our favorite resort is Riverside, so we will likely stay there again! We have Annual Passes so we will be in the parks all days. Our plan is to attend a Halloween party as well!

Last year we registered for the Dopey Challenge before going for our Dark Side Race April. I was already confusing those trips! But what date do you have in mind?
If I could swing it, I would probably stay with a friend and MAYBE go to one park for a day, HS is so tempting for Toy Story Land, dying to ride the Slinky Dog Coaster! But I could totally see myself spending the day at Epcot wandering World Showcase. It’s nice to dream!
I’m dreaming along with you! I’m holding out hope that I’ll be able to go but right now it’s looking like a big fat nope. We had planned on being there, pending my upcoming military training, but now it looks like we don’t have the
to go. But I’m hoping some magic will happen and we’ll be able to! I could totally go alone but hubby says that’s not fair If I were to go I’d travel either Thurs/Fri 11th/12th and stay through Monday/Tuesday 15th/16th most likely. And we would for sure stay at Shades of Green.
@eeyorepoohfan, well, since we discussed over the phone,
, looking like Sunday is probably going to be the best day for all of us ( @kcboston ). We’ll of course be able to firm it up later but it sure does look like it’s leaning that way. 
I can’t wait to see everyone! I know I’m new to the gang, but I was talking to @acamm this morning and wouldn’t it be cool for some crazy identifiable D-COT shirts to wear at the meet “UP”

So remember earlier in the thread when I said we hadn’t decided on the flight in on Friday yet? Well I mentioned to Kathy that I wanted to work on suggesting to her the early flight down and she said “oh I’m fine with taking the first flight out and getting down there! The earlier the better!”
