So I read thia morning of the changes made at Kona cafe at the poly and I do not approve! The Big Kahuna and the Samoan have been removed from the menu! I’m at a loss for words and not sure weather to cry or jump off my roof. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY OH WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! :'( :'( :'( :'(

I don’t know why Disney keep tinkering with menu changes in such arbitrary ways. Doesn’t make any sense to me, it’s just irritating :hmmph:

It is irritating but it’s not just Disney.
I’ve had this happen at a bunch of places.

They sometimes call it ‘freshening up the menu’.
Once in a while I’ve had to freshen up my preferred restaurant list because of it.

@jpg828 same here.

This is upsetting. For a while they removed the lobster nachos from the Cove Bar menu but I think they brought it back because so many people complained.

Did you notice the changes to the lunch menu as well? $15 steak/chicken plate, gone. Tuna sandwich, gone. Prices, significantly juiced.

Thanks @figment, didn’t realize they had menu on the official site.

Anyway, seems the Samoan is now called the Kona Eggs Benedict, Poached Eggs with Citrus-Chili Hollandaise Sauce and Char Siu Pork Belly on Toasted Hawaiian Bread $13.00
