Tuesday August 20th:
6am alarm. Packed everything up. Had luggage dropped off by 7:45am. Breakfast of waffles with bacon and sausage. Ryan had a bagel sandwich. Tragical Express at 9:05am. Security was only 15-20 minutes. At 11am we shared a plate at the Chinese Fast Food place. Flight to Houston left on time but they ended up changing our route to avoid a storm so we landed 20 min late. Our layover was originally an hour so that dropped it to 40 min. But then that next flight was delated by 10 min. So we had time for a quick potty stop and grabbed some packaged donuts to take as a snack. We landed about 15 min late in El Paso. We grabbed our luggage and had an hour drive home. Stopped at groceries and dinner to take home. It was great to be home and see our Winnie girl!

Going to WDW for my 40th birthday and to be there on my actual birthday was amazing! It really doesn’t get much better than that! So many birthday wishes from guests and CM’s and several little sprinkles of birthday magic. This was one of our hottest trips yet with high heat indexes. But we made the best of it and just took extra AC breaks and drank lots of ice tea!!! We were blown away by Galaxy’s Edge and look forward to seeing it again in November! It was strange to attend a Halloween Party in mid-August and I definitely recommend people avoid going to the very first party of the season because the crowds are huge. All of the bloggers and influencers are there trying to get the first pictures of everything to post about. It felt busier than the parks felt during the day. So it was less magical than previous parties, but we still had lots of fun.April 18, 2020 at 2:39 pm #130505Departure

April 18, 2020 at 5:01 pm #130541@sej101 It always goes way too quickly! Have no fear! I have 3 more trips to post! I am so very happy I spend my birthday at WDW!! It was extra special and I’m looking forward to doing it again this year! So melty and sweaty though! Isn’t that a great shirt!? It’s one of his older ones, but still awesome! We really do find the best shirts on teepublic.com !
@warrsm Leaving day is always super sad. I really wanted to hit the pool! But Ryan isn’t a big swimming person! It was so awesome during the preview because they truly limited to number of people allowed in and we could walk around easily and see all the details! I will be posting the next one soon!April 18, 2020 at 5:27 pm #130583Oh yeah, so many trips!!!! And I’m glad to see you’re already posting the next one!!! There go my plans for tomorrow! I really hope you can do it again this year!!! That means that you’ll be here AND it means Disney will also be open for my 18th birthday!!!! I’ve spent a lot of time recently just looking at shirts on teepublic! There’s so many great designs! The only thing is I’m semi-broke and I don’t want to pay for shipping You know me, picky as always
