    @10dedfish Thanks for including me in your post for the March Challenge, especially since I completely bombed in February and did not keep any of my goals. Life got in the way & motivation was not existent. I’ve promised myself March will be different! I just hope I didn’t do too much damage to my successful January.

    Today is the day – here’s to sticking to the March Challenge!! :up: :)

    Hi y’all. I think I’m gonna try to jump in on this. I have been eating a little better for the past few weeks and it’s time to throw in some exercise. I do walk somewhat regularly but I need a little something else. So, I’m starting small and hoping y’all will call me out if I start slacking. My March Challenge is to do the 7-minute full body workout at least 5 days per week. (I intend to do this everyday but, I want to give myself a tiny bit of slack so, if I have a bad day I don’t have to feel like I “failed” to meet the challenge.)

    I started this morning using this app: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/seven-7-minute-workout/id650276551?mt=8. (I’m only using the free workouts. If I stick with it for a reasonable period of time and feel like it’s worth it, I might start paying for the membership(s) but I’ll keep my money for now. :D )

    @connie96 Welcome! This thread is great for accountability but at the same time, we don’t all meet our goals every single day – that’s why it’s a challenge! So don’t beat yourself up if life gets in the way, just get back on the horse :)

    – Thanks for the welcome! I know what you mean about shaking off the “bad days” and I promise there will be no beating myself up. I just figure that I may as well set my goal in such a way that it is fully attainable even when life does what it seems to do best. LOL

    @bexruns We usually share whatever we’ve picked for our challenge in the thread, then check off the boxes next to our name for each day when we’ve completed it. Mine is to be active every day for at least 30 minutes

    30 minutes of being active? I can totally do that! I’m in.
