Jukebox not opening

Hello. I’m definitely new to this, but am I doing something wrong? I am using Chrome and when I click on the Jukebox “tab” at the top right all I get is blue screen with the “Off to Neverland Travel” ad and the normal stuff at the bottom of the screen. I have waited over 10 minutes with no success. Please Help

Hello and welcome home.

Chrome is an excellent choice of browser and works well with the jukebox. I assume you are on a desktop computer and not a tablet or mobile device. Here are some things to check out.

Are you seeing any text like “Your songs are just a dream away…” on the screen while it’s loading?
“Hard refresh” the page by holding down CTRL while refreshing and see if that fixes it.
Right-click anywhere on the page and go to “Inspect” and then click on “Console”. Are there any errors (in red) displaying?

I’m also having an issue with Chrome. When I click “Jukebox” it takes me back (reloads) to the home page. I’ve tried refreshing etc to no avail. Any pointers?

I used to have intermittent issues on my Chromebook, but for the past several months it has not worked, it just took me to the homepage. Is ChromOS a user agent that is disallowed from using the Jukebox?

ChromeOS is not a user agent that is disallowed. Just curious if you are able to access the jukebox from another OS with your account. If so, I will look into this further. Thanks for reporting.

Yes, I am able to access it from my personal linux (ubuntu 19.10) laptop.

This same thing is happening to me. I can’t even get to the jukebox because the link refreshes the home page. I’m on Chrome on a laptop.

I just tried switching to microsoft edge and I can get to the jukebox from there but it will not play.

happening to me as well cleared my cache and restarted chrome as well
