I hid the columns on the tracking spreadsheet from days 1/1 thru 1/11. Makes it a little easier for everyone

So, @starbee I made it 7.5 days of clean eating. I broke this afternoon. Ate some ice cream, some mini baking chips, a dollop of icing that fell off the cake, and a few cookies.
    Ho hum
Hadn’t worked out yet when I splurged on my sugar, so after I was done indulging I worked out REALLY HARD.
    Whatever
I got right back and I’ve been good the rest of the night. Like Scarlett says, “Tomorrow is another day”
    :)

@missingWDW Been there many times! 7.5 days ain’t nothing! Celebrate that and get back on the horse :) I’m going to say that the up side of having a mountain of dental work done this month is 1) I don’t want to and 2) physically can’t eat things like cookies. It hurts!

    Check in time!!!!

Sooooooo……how is everyone doing with their own personal challenge so far this month? Exercising? Eating clean? Moving more? How is your challenge going?

I’ve been doing well with the burpees. Tried to add some in with push ups, but my form was suffering, hips falling, back hurting…. LOL so I stopped trying to be 25 years old again.
    ;)
I’m good with my modified burpees, thank you very much!
My eating habits? Meh. Still a work in progress. But every good day is rewarding so I’m happy with that.
Hope everyone is seeing some success this month.
Keep up the hard work! Your body and brain will thank you!

Doing well each day with the modified burpees. I can feel the difference a bit from when I started and how hard they were, a little easier now. They must be muscles I’m not used to using. I’m not going to increase every day though, my back was starting to feel it so I want to keep that safe.

Still adding a modified burpee each day and since I was doing push-ups on the side i have just added it into the burpee. NO WHERE near what I have seen the the real ones with push ups would be but as long as I’m doing some sort of burpee it’s all good, right?

As for food I’m still horrible but planning to start doing better at that in the near days.

My run for the day is complete, and will complete my burpees this afternoon. The yoga after the run makes burpees unfavorable due to holding plank a couple times.
