@missingWDW I really need to. I gained 25lbs post basic training and I’ve gained 15lbs since COVID it’s spiraled me down into a vicious cycle of “no point in eating right I’ve already gained 40 lbs” and “no point in working out, I’m eating crap so nothing will change”. I’ve got to break the cycle because I am so unhappy. I don’t take photos of myself anymore, when I see photos of me from 2 years ago I want to cry because I don’t look like that anymore and it’s all because I don’t have discipline. Not to mention I feel like complete trash from all the junk because it makes my gastritis flare up
You can do this @starbee, I know you can! Don’t look at it as x number of pounds. Look at it as today. Be disciplined today. That’s all you have to do. Tomorrow, we’ll be disciplined that day. And if you fall off one day, that’s okay. The next day get right back on it. You got this! You are strong!
