    I thought I was a supporter, but I’m being told I’m not. I never received information that my year was up, and my jukebox is still allowing a ton of music. Can someone help me figure out where to look for this info please?

    It looks like you’re not because it’s not green around your avatar anymore. @steve will definitely be able to check it out for you and make sure.

    Hi, @lauralaylin. I’ll check in the database later to check on your expiration date. In the meantime, you can always go to your dashboard (https://www.d-cot.com/dashboard/) and it will show you the expiration date. We don’t send out emails any more but that will change in the D-COT Platform scheduled to go live this year. Thanks for being a supporter!
