    assuming your on a PC, click on “jukebox” on the top menu line, it should reset your screen and give you a little stand by quote. On the left side of your screen just below the D-COT logo a Tag labeled “Playlist” should appear. click on that to open the full directory of music. Then choose your area, song, and listen. Oh, and be sure that your speakers are turned on, that saves a lot of headaches.

    When you click on the “Jukebox” on the toolbar in blue at the top, the jukebox loads. When the jukebox loads, on the top left hand side, you will see “Playlists”. Once you click that, you should see a drop down menu appear. At the very top you will see “My Playlists” and under that you will see the titles of the playlists you’ve created. If you haven’t created any yet, it will just say “Favorites”. Below that is where you will see all of the categories on the standard jukebox. Does this help? Let us know if it’s not working!
