I did the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party a few years ago. I enjoyed it, but I don’t know if I would have to do it again.

Yup, I’ve seen them from the monorail between MK and Epcot and also saw one from the steamboat next to Tom Sawyer Island in MK.

I have not needed an ECV. BUT having said that, my son uses a stroller as a wheelchair due to his medical issues.
